Concord Housing + Redevelopment’s financing capabilities are flexible and scalable. We have the leadership, capacity, financial systems, and tools to handle projects of any scale. A strong balance sheet, the ability under State law to issue bonds, and relationships with local lenders affords us the leverage to make important projects a reality for developers.

We have recently leveraged a $1 million, no risk lease-buy back energy improvement equipment package, a $1.3 million non-recourse energy improvement bond, and $250,000 in utility equipment rebates.
